STEERING COMMITTEE MEMBER ELECTION RESULTS – 2007
Many thanks to all of you who participated in the 2007 election and special thanks to our two outstanding candidates.
Congratulations!
Dr. Najwa Khuri-Bulos was elected as the new steering committee member. As Dr. Ulrich Heininger concludes his term on the committee, Dr. Najwa Khuri-Bulos will start her official duties on October 31st at the next Steering Committee In-Person meeting. Dr. Ulrich Heininger, one of the founding members of the Brighton Collaboration, has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of the Brighton Collaboration and will continue to be actively involved as an observer on the Steering Committee. Many thanks from the Brighton community for his contributions.

Election Evaluation 2007
The 2007 election faced challenges from technical issues to lost data. We are grateful for the members who continued to show their support by re-voting when requested. A total of 44 out of 535 (8%) voters participated in this year’s elections.

| Participants represent diverse organizational affiliations interested in and concerned with vaccine safety. For voters who had more than one type of affiliation, only primary affiliation was recorded.
